Gary founded Framtrade in 1986 after working at Fram Farmers. With over 45 years of experience in the energy sector, he has overseen the company’s growth from the beginning and continues to guide its strategic direction.

Colin has been with Framtrade for 12 years, progressing from sales assistant to Fuel Buyer. He is responsible for sourcing fuel products at competitive prices for over 2,500 customers.

With over 33 years at Framtrade, Mark oversees company administration and accounts. He also manages the daily routing and coordination of cylinder deliveries.

Michelle joined the company in 2015 and supports the accounting operations, including credit control and financial administration.

Helen joined in 2018 and handles customer enquiries, order processing and invoicing, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Tim processes orders and invoices while also managing on-site sales. He supports customers across both retail and trade enquiries.

James joined in 2025 after starting at Framfarmers, he processes orders, invoices and also manages Customer showroom collections.

Marcus has been with Framtrade for 16 years. Experienced and knowledgeable in LPG deliveries, he is known for his professionalism and customer-focused approach.

Gary joined in 2014 and brings extensive knowledge of LPG systems and installations. Professional and approachable, he supports customers with practical advice when required.

Tom operates a 3.5-tonne delivery vehicle, ideal for rural and restricted access locations. He also manages Calor deliveries and oversees the on-site gas storage compound.
